Mr. Lee M Cashell- Managing Partner

Mr. Cashell is the founder and Managing Partner of Asia Pacific Investment Partners as well as Altan San Securities. He was formerly a venture capital fund manager for JAFCO Investments, one of the largest venture capital firms in the Asia Pacific region with over US$3 billion under management. At JAFCO Mr. Cashell was responsible for technology investments in the People's Republic of China and acted as JAFCO's bridge to Silicon Valley. He has been in the Asia Pacific region for more than ten years and has acted as an advisor to numerous technology firms throughout the region as well as firms in the US, Israel, and Finland. Mr. Cashell is also a member of the I-Think Technology think tank and a founder of Zero2IPO, a technology conference organizer.

Mr. Cashell received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and received his master’s degree in international business from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). Mr. Cashell wrote his thesis on Emerging Market Portfolio Management.

Mrs. Bordukh Tsendsuren- Chief Executive Officer

Mrs. Bordukh, a native Mongolian is the firm's investment officer in Mongolia and overseas current investments in the property and travel industry in Mongolia. She was formerly the representative of the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Beijing where she gained tremendous experience assisting Mongolian firms in their business development efforts overseas. Mrs. Bordukh received her bachelors degree from The National University of Mongolia in Foreign Service. Mrs. Bordukh is a partner of Altan San Securities.

Mr. Guy Mock- Managing Director

Mr. Mock’s career marks nearly 15 years at Bloomberg, where he rose to the position of Asia Pacific Head of Electronic Execution. Mr. Mock recently left the company and is currently overseeing the expansion of Altan San Securities. Prior to Bloomberg he spent a year as Branch Manager for Royal Films, a movie distribution company, in Latin America. Mr. Mock graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Whittier College and a Master's of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

Mr. Galbadrakh Dangaasuren- Deputy Director

Educated in India and Mongolia, Mr Dangaasuren obtained his Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from the University of Humanities of Mongolia. Mr Dangaasuren has been with APIP Corporation for the past 3 years and speaks conversational English. Mr Dangaasuren was appointed Deputy Director for Altan San Securities on November 2007. 

Mr. Naranmunkh Enkhtuya- Broker-Dealer, Webmaster

Naranmunkh is an FRC (Financial Regulatory Committee) and MSE (Mongolian Stock Exchange) licensed broker dealer. Naranmunkh joined the APIP group in March 2007 as a senior programmer and web designer. He was transferred to Altan San in 2008 and is responsible for executing trades on the Mongolian Stock Exchange. He also manages Altan San’s website and continues to work on Search Engine Optimization as well as Network and Graphic Design for Asia Pacific Investment Partners. Prior to joining APIP he worked on web design at a company called DotMN. He is currently studying part-time for a Bachelor's degree from the Computer Science and Management School of Mongolia.

Natsag graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Automation of Information and Library Systems from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology in 2005.  From 2005 till 2007 she worked as a manager at Tumen Zang, a company involved in retail business. She joined Altan San Securities in 2008.
