Parliament meeting on Friday made the last discussion of approving of rules and procedures of Government Service Council. The MPs said the government service’s rating has fallen entirely because of low educated and bureaucratic employees. MP N.Ganbyamba said that a graduate from Harvard University is unable to be employed in government service because the selection of the employees no longer takes in to account the knowledge of the people.
