Moody's Investors Service has changed to negative from stable the outlook of Khan Bank’s D bank financial strength rating (BFSR), Baa3/Prime-3 long-term/short-term local currency deposit ratings, Baa3 local currency issuer ratings and Baa3/Ba1 local currency senior/subordinated debt ratings on its proposed Global Medium-Term Notes Program (MTN Program).

Moody's Investors Service has placed the following ratings of XacBank in Mongolia on review for possible downgrade: its D bank financial strength rating (BFSR), Ba1 long-term local currency deposit ratings, and Ba1 local currency issuer ratings.

Vietnam and Mongolia will do their utmost to strengthen their trade links in order to register a two-way import-export value of 10 million USD by 2010.
This determination was revealed in the minutes of the 13th session of the Vietnam-Mongolia inter-governmental committee on cooperation in trade, economics and sci-tech, signed by the two sides on Dec. 12.
