Customers who plan to participate in the Mongolian stock market need to open an account at the “Central Depository and Clearing House”.  Altan San Securities will do this for you on your behalf.
We will need the following documents from you:

   For Individuals:

•      Copy of your passport (the page that has the picture)
•      Specimen Signature Form Individuals

   For Legal Entities:

• Official company letter requesting us to open an account in our brokerage (Including signature of an official contact person)
• Copy of company registration.
• Specimen Signature Form For Legal Entities

The signature forms and other relevant documentation need to be mailed through courier such as Fedex or DHL to the following address:

Once we receive your application form with the attached documents, we will open your account at the “Central Depository and Clearing House”. Your account number will be sent to you shortly thereafter.  

Our standard commissions are 3%.

40% of commissions we receive from clients go directly to the Mongolian stock exchange and other entities. 

• Visit “Altan San’s office and bring us your cash. We will deposit this on your behalf into your account at the “Clearing House and Central Depository”
• Do it yourself; visit the “Clearing House and Central Depository” and pay cash at their cashier for deposit into your account
