Mongolian operator MobiCom has launched the first high-speed mobile broadband network in the country, powered by HSPA technology from Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC). The launch enables MobiCom to introduce mobile broadband services to its subscribers across Mongolia, starting in the capital Ulaanbaatar where about 40 percent of the country's 3 million inhabitants live.

A special Government meeting on April 13 empowered Erdenes MGL, a state-owned company to guarantee payments due to investors and creditors in infrastructure projects. The decision became necessary as the Government had several times failed to get investors interested in the projects as they were uncertain about being paid.

Uhde L.L.C. by ThyssenKrupp is leading provider in this world and based on ThyssenKrupp technology and supplies 70% of world coke.  Recent years, Uhde L.L.C. built coke plants in many steel making countries such as USA, Russia, Germany, South Korea, Japan, Brazil and China.
