Parliament passed on Thursday a bill to amend the Law on 2009 Budget of Mongolia's Development Fund. At the meeting on Thursday, parliament made a decision to discuss a draft Oyu Tolgoi Investment Aagreement, a bill to amend the Law on General Taxation, a bill to amend the Law on Mineral Resources and a bill to amend the Law on Auto Road. On July 01, 2009 Mongolian stock exchange CEO&Director Mr.R.Sodkhuu made decision to delist "Tuv orgil" JSC’s total 57 496 shares from the listed securities registration of the MSE.
The decision was made referring to resolution #26 of January 29, 2009 of the Financial Regulatory Committee and delisting examination report that was conducted by resolution #2 of August 06, 2008 of the Shareholders meeting of "Tuv Orgil" JSC.
