All road, railway, and air traffic between Ulaanbaatyar and other areas have been suspended until November 14. Around 12,000 passengers make the trips daily.

Medical workers and people using their own transport are allowed to travel but are subject to checks.

The budget estimates were made by calculating the price of copper at USD5,148 per ton and gold at USD900 per ounce.
