Parliament passes laws

Parliament passed on Thursday a bill to amend the Law on 2009 Budget of Mongolia's Development Fund. At the meeting on Thursday, parliament made a decision to discuss a draft Oyu Tolgoi Investment Aagreement, a bill to amend the Law on General Taxation, a bill to amend the Law on Mineral Resources and a bill to amend the Law on Auto Road. Furthermore, parliament adopted a draft law on prohibiting from conducting mineral resources prospect and extracting in territories of water basins and forest funds,

a bill to amend the Law on Minieral Resources, a draft Law on Granting Compensation to Victims, a draft Law on Amnesty, a bill on executing payment in national currency, a bill to amend the Civil Law, a bill to amend the Law on Coordination of Foreign Currency, a bill to amend the Law on Special Government Fund /Armed Forces Fund/, a bill to amend the Law on Special Government Fund /Residential Building Fund/ and a draft Law on Ipoteka.
