Eznis Airways is a scheduled and charter airline with 100 % domestic investment based in Ulaanbaatar. It is the largest domestic airline with services to a number of Mongolian domestic points, and authorization to operate international services to points in China, Russia and Kazakhstan.

The Board of Directors has approved Eznis's entering into negotiations to purchase up to five additional turbo-prop aircrafts, having a capacity of 46-66 seats. The aircrafts will be used for further developing the airline's scheduled and charter operations. The first two of these aircrafts are to arrive within the first half of 2009.
Eznis Airways has also signed a letter of intent to purchase or lease up to seven regional jet aircraft with 100 plus seats, to operate international services to various points in neighboring countries from Ulaanbaatar.
Furthermore, Eznis Airways has made a decision to build a hangar in addition to accommodating storage and maintenance shops, engineering and flight operations offices in 2009.
