Food prices fall Print E-mail
economy.jpeg     The National Statistics Office has said food prices last week were 4.6 percent less than in the same period last year and 2.9 percent less than in the previous week. The price of mutton has fallen by 7.6-9 percent, of beef by 3.9-5.5 percent, of goat meat by 5.4 percent and of horse meat by 2.5 percent from the average price in May. One kilogram of mutton now costs MNT3,300 and of beef MNT4,150.
