Mongolian stock exchange CEO&Director Mr.R.Sodkhuu met with Mr.Yutaka Ito, Chief Operating Officer of the TOKYO AIM , and Mr.Hiroki Kurihara, Executive Director of the TOKYO AIM on June 29, 2009.

Further cooperation between Mongolian stock exchange and Tokyo AIM, listing and trading of Mongolian major companies’ securities on the international market, developing dual listing system, expanding mutual cooperation in the future and other issues were discussed during the meeting.

Tokyo AIM is a joint venture partnership between the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange and started operations from 1 June 2009. The new market provides a new funding option for growing companies, while creating new investment opportunities for Japanese and international professional investors.

The Tokyo AIM agreed to cooperate with Mongolian stock exchange by conducting research on joint stock companies that listed on the Mongolian stock exchange.
