Draft law about Mineral proportion presented Print E-mail
     The draft law on establishing a Bayanmongol Corporation initiated by MPs L.Bold, B.Batbayar, Ya.Batsuuri, D.Gankhuyag, D.Zorigt and D.Odkhuu, seeks to improve the present Mineral Law but does not propose to change any reference there. All its suggestions for better utilization of the country’s natural resources are in consonance with the State Constitution as well as with the 2008-2012 action plan of the Government and with the campaign platforms of the MPRP and the DP in 2008. The draft has six clauses and 18 references.
