President Ts.Elbegdorj has appointed eight advisors and a press officer. Tedenjav Sukhbaatar was born in 1962 in Selenge aimag, and graduated from the Institute on International Relations in Moscow in 1986 as a lawyer. He hasworked as attaché, advisor, head of unit in Foreign relations Ministry. Served as Ambassador to Great Britain. 2004-2006 head of Foreign relations unit of DP, 2004-2006 vice minister in Justice and Interior Ministry. Since 2006 again as head of Foreign relations unit of DP.
Puntsag Tsagaan was born in 1959 in Ulaanbaatar. Graduated from Justice
College there and then from the Institute of International Relations in
Moscow as lawyer and economist. Worked as referent in Trade Union,
assistant to Secretary of State Baga Khural’s office, advisor to
President P.Ochirbat, General Director of Golomt Bank, Finance
Minister, Advisor to Prime Minister, Education, Culture and Science
Minister, Advisor to DP group in Parliament.
Migeddorj Batchimeg was born in 1973 in Ulaanbaatar. She graduated from
Language and Culture university in Beijing and has a master’s degree
from Taiwanese Political University. Worked at the Strategic Research
Institute of the Defense Ministry, as head of Ulaanbaatar Trade and
Economy Representative office in Taiwan, advisor at Strategic Research
institute under the National Security council.
Tsedendamba Oyungerel was born in 1966 in Khuvsgul province. She
graduated from National Economy institute in Sverdlovsk, Russia as
economist. Worked in Technical Supply Authority of Khuvsgul, Labor and
Social Welfare Authority of Khuvsgul, in the State Insurance Office in
Ulaanbaatar, as assistant to the Vice Speaker, as economist in the
State Privatisation Commission, as Advisor to the Prime Minister, and
as Executive Director of the NGO Freedom Center. Since 1996 she has
worked closely with Ts.Elbegdorj.
Chuluuntseren Otgochuluu was born in 1978 in Ulaanbaatar. Graduated
from Mongol Business Institute in Ulaanbaatar, Technical Institute in
Dresden, Germany. Worked in Daimler Chrysler Corporation in Germany,
and with Khas Bank in Ulaanbaatar.
Amgalanbaatar Ganbaatar was born in 1971 in Ulaanbaatar. Graduated
from Mongolian National University as journalist. Worked as reporter in
Channel 25, General Director of “Media group” company, Director of
Market unit of APU company, head of Tourism Department of
Transportation and Tourism Ministry, General Director of NTV.
Sed-Ayushjav Batzaya will be the Press Officer. She was born in 1976 in Arkhangai province. Graduated from Mongolian National University and International relations institute in Ulaanbaatar. Journalist. Worked as reporter in Eagle TV, Channel 25, MM agency of Mongolian National Public Television, head of News desk of NTV.
