bayar_with_japan_delegation.jpeg         "Mongolia is interested in cooperating with Japan in mining sector, particularly in uranium prospects and processing as well as in exploiting nuclear energy and training professionals in this field," said Prime Minister S.Bayar at the meeting with Ts.Takabe, a special envoy of Japanese Premier T.Aso.

    " To promote relations with Japan is a priority of Mongolia," added Mr Bayar and expressed his sincere thanks to Japan for its support to Mongolia's democracy and reform from the beginning, for rendering assistance in times of economic and financial crisis.
      Mongolia intends to set up a "Development Bank" that will have a mission to develop domestic manufacturing and implement investment programs, Bayar said. Mr Takabe said the bilateral relations have been actively developing in the political sector and noted that an expected visit by the Mongolian Premier to Japan will be a new start of economic cooperation.
