Founded in 2004, Olloo.mn is a search engine that has become a tremendous information portal for Mongolians about Mongolia’s political and social life, and for intellectual usage. Olloo.mn has an information database of over 400 sites, divided into 50 subservices, and uploads 200-250 news, articles every day. About 90 percent of the news, articles are in Mongolian which are part of an easy-to-use and free service. With a total of 2.3 million information databases, it is popularly called the electronic memory of the country. Olloo.mn is now widely recognized as the Mongolia's leading search engine with the largest amount of customers, or roughly 120.000-180.000 per day. The company owns 34.5% of the market share and has 27 employees.

In 2007, Olloo.mn had shifted from Limited Liability Company into a
stock company that has open activities. It is respected as the first
information portal stock company listed in the MSE.
Today, Olloo.mn is offering four kinds of services including: 1. Text, audio and video news 2. Banner and advertisement 3. E-commerce 4. Creating a websites Olloo has 359 shareholders, 9 Board of Members and a small amount of foreign investors from Germany, Japan and the USA.
The company has been
selling public shares since September 12, 2007 with the initial price
of 100 MNT per 1 unit of stock. As managing underwriter, CCP inferred
5,820,299 shares or 60% of the company is offered and open to the
public. This will be funded to upgrade and expand the company’s
activity.
