Operating for 24 successful years, Talkh Chikher has 500 employees, two main microbiology and chemical laboratories and facilities for central storage with the capacity of storing 4000 tons of raw materials, a canteen for 140 people, a laundry room, a changing room, and a mechanical & construction unit. The company upgraded existing technology and introduced new high tech technology in 2004 and 2006 consecutively.

Talkh Chikher offers a variety of products including 10 different types of bread, 20 types of pastries, 10 types of sweet and solid cookies, 2 types of soft candy, marmalade and 10 sorts of chocolate assortments. The company has obtained quality assurance certificate for 38 products from its extensive product lines and more than 50 products have received patents from the Intellectual Property Department.

Processing of agricultural food products and raw materials is a developing and growing sector in Mongolia. Currently, there are over 1800 small and medium sized business entities engaged in the food industry.
